✨ Camper Experience & Operations Assistant

​

You’ll be responsible for ensuring every Tasvanlife camper leaves in immaculate condition and every guest feels supported before and during their journey. This is an operational and guest-facing hybrid role.

🚐 Camper Reset & Presentation

• Deep clean and reset campervans between hires

• Prepare beds, kitchens, equipment and amenities to Tasvanlife standards

• Conduct detailed quality control checks before departure

• Ensure vans feel premium, organised and adventure-ready

• Anticipate guest needs and prepare accordingly

📞 Guest Liaison & Trip Support

• Welcome guests and explain how the campers operate

• Provide helpful Tasmania travel tips and recommendations

• Be available for light communication support during trips

• Deliver a confident, warm and professional handover experience

​

🏢 Back Office & Operations

• Maintain the Tasvanlife “command centre”

• Keep supplies stocked and organised

• Manage laundry using office facilities

• Support inventory tracking

• Ensure operational systems remain smooth and efficient

🔧 Vehicle Coordination

• Occasionally drive vans to repair shops, cleaning providers or fitting stores

• Assist with light logistical tasks

• Support preventative maintenance coordination

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is energetic, proactive and takes initiative

• Has genuine enthusiasm for Tasmania and road trips

• Has excellent customer service and communication skills

• Has strong attention to detail

• Takes pride in cleanliness and presentation

• Anticipates issues before they arise

• Is confident working autonomously

• Is comfortable driving larger vehicles

• Is mostly available in the afternoons

📍 Role Conditions

• Based at the Tasvanlife Command Centre in North Hobart

• Casual position initially, opportunity to move to Part-Time from October 2026 for the right person

• Driver’s Licence required
