This policy explains how TASVANLIFE PTY LTD ("Tasvanlife", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit tasvanlife.com, contact us, or hire one of our campervans. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. Information we collect

- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address and phone number, when you use our live chat, contact forms, the camper quiz, our newsletter sign-up, or buy a gift card or travel guide.

- Booking details. Campervan bookings are made and paid through Camplify. Camplify shares with us the details we need to prepare your hire, such as your name, contact details, travel dates and pickup times. Camplify's own privacy policy covers the information you give them.

- Payment details for purchases on our website are processed by Wix and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

- Website usage information collected automatically through cookies and similar tools, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.

- Public Google reviews of Tasvanlife. We display reviews that people have published on our Google Business Profile, including the reviewer's public name.

2. How we use your information

- To answer your questions and plan your trip.

- To prepare for and manage your campervan hire, including pre-arrival emails and travel tips.

- To send you news, offers and Tasmania travel ideas if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

- To deliver products you buy, such as gift cards and self-drive tour guides.

- To improve our website and services.

3. Who we share it with

We only share your information with service providers who help us run the business, such as Wix (website, email and payments), Camplify (bookings), Google (reviews and analytics) and our roadside assistance partners if you need help during your hire. These providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to make it work and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work properly.

5. Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

6. Access and correction

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing thefriwi@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Complaints
